  • The Back Room Restaurant is a unique restaurant. We are located in the back of the Nite Owl Restaurant, hence the name Back Room. My father founded the Back Room in 1984 after the VFW vacated the space. We started out as pizza and chicken, not much more. A couple years later, we were in Minnesota and my dad bought a smoker, we brought it home and the rest is history! We have the best ribs around! We slow smoke three types of ribs; baby back, spare and country, all rubbed with our secret spice. Don’t bother asking, I’ll never tell!

    Each meal is complimented with “The Back Room trimmings” which consist of our one of a kind fry bread, baked beans, coleslaw and red potatoes.

    We have a full liquor, beer and wine license with a great selection of 15 beers on tap. Our wine is stored in a brand new nitrogen system to assure each glass is fresh.

    In the summer months we have the best deck in the valley, with a view of Columbia Mountain and Glacier Park.

    We invite you to stop in, we open at 4 p.m daily and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
